Randal Lea, MA, LADAC
Executive Director
Randal has been licensed as an addictions counselor for twenty years and has Masters Degrees in Counseling and Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University and from Pacifica Graduate Institute. During eight years as Assistant Commissioner with Tennessee DCS, Lea was recognized in 2008 by the Praed Foundation for his work implementing the CANS assessment statewide and received the “Friend of Children Lifetime Achievement Award” in 2010 from Tennessee Voices for Children. Lea joined New Life in April, 2011 “because New Life is a place committed to a tradition of serving Tennesseans affected by the disease of addiction.”
Linda Albritton, MA
Adult Program Director
Linda holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and has worked at therapeutic residential facilities for over nine years, serving at New Life Lodge since January 2007. She also has over 15 years’ experience in small business management with a focus on staff and program development. Linda has a passion for helping restore families suffering from the effects of addiction. Trained as a trauma specialist, she has worked at New Life as a primary counselor, detox counselor, family program director and clinical specialist before serving as Program Director. In her time off, Linda enjoys kayaking and walking.

Anthony Michael Atkins joined New Life Lodge in 2011, having received a Masters Degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University. Anthony loves working at New Life Lodge because of its traditions of overall excellence and compassionate service. “Working at New Life Lodge is a privilege because each and every day I get to be a part of the miraculous journey our patients embark on towards recovery, a new beginning, and indeed a New Life.”
Leah Barnett
Human Resource Coordinator
Leah comes to New Life Lodge with over seven years’ experience in all aspects of the Human Resources field. She is currently working towards completion of her Master’s degree and is passionate about supporting the important dynamic between employees and the employer.
